About the Firm

Founded in 2013, Finkel Associates serves the legal needs of start-ups, growing businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and lenders. Finkel Associates represents clients in start-up and transactional law, deal negotiation, dispute resolution, business divorce, and litigation under Delaware and New York law.

Feliks Finkel is our founding attorney. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Delaware. He graduated magna cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2012, ranking 3rd in his class, with a concentration in business law, with honors. During law school, he served as a Board member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He was honored with a Wolcott Fellowship and served as a clerk to Justice Ridgely at the Delaware Supreme Court. Prior to his legal career, Feliks worked as a licensed trader in New York City and Darien, CT. He was born in Ukraine, grew up in Manhattan, and is fluent in Russian.
